Dr. Nikolin Ropi is the president at Pinkerton Dental Group and a compassionate provider with a global perspective. Dr. Ropi holds dual dental degrees from the Medical University of Albania and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During his time at Tufts, he demonstrated exceptional leadership as Class President and was honored with the 2022 Alumni Clinical Excellence Award in Periodontology. Dr. Ropi’s approach to dentistry is simple: treat every patient like family. He is deeply committed to delivering durable, high-quality treatments that stand the test of time, ensuring that everyone who sits in his chair receives fair and equal care. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ropi is an avid traveler, tennis player, and painter who speaks four languages — English, Albanian, French, and Spanish — allowing him to connect with a diverse range of patients in the Derry community.

Dr. Dion is also a dedicated volunteer at the Poisson Dental Facility and the Alexander-Eastman Foundation.
Dr. Michael Dion is a lead practitioner at Pinkerton Dental Group and a distinguished figure in the Derry, NH medical community. With a career spanning over three decades, Dr. Dion combines deep clinical experience with a passion for academic research. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University (1986) after graduating with honors from Boston College with dual degrees in Biology and Philosophy. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Dr. Dion achieved his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (F.A.G.D.) in 1993 — an honor held by only a small percentage of dentists. He later returned to academia to earn a Master’s in Clinical Research from the MGH Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he focused on solutions for dry mouth in elderly patients. Most recently, he has been an active voice in the dental field, presenting his research on "Oral Cancer Screening Protocols" in major cities including Boston, Washington D.C., and San Antonio. Dr. Dion has served as a consulting dentist for WMUR (Channel 9) and is an active member of the Derry Medical Reserve Corps. He resides locally with his wife, Sally, and is the proud father of three children.
